Anna Gunnhildur Ólafsdóttir attended the delegate council meeting in January where she covered the focus and work of the organizing- and development department, which she heads. During the delegate council meeting in February the proposal of the nomi- nation committee for the appointment of new board members was presented and approved. The corona- virus pandemic which spread in March precluded traditional confidential council meetings. and Anna Lilja Sigurðardóttir presented to Efling the work of the law firm LAG, which handles wage claims and provides other legal services for the union. During other delegate council meetings, wage discus- sions were regularly covered, as well as various news of the union’s operations. Stefán Ólafsson attended the meeting of the delegatecouncil in September and spoke there about fulfillment of the government’s promises related to the Quality of Life Agreement. Drífa Snædal, chairman of ASÍ, attended the delegate council meeting in October, covering the govern- ment’s contribution to the housing issue related to the Quality of Life Agreement. Kolbeinn H.
