6 ORLOFSBLAÐ EFLINGAR-STÉTTARFÉLAGS Ætlar þú að sækja um orlofshús í sumar? Úthlutunarkerfi orlofshúsa Eflingar Rafrænar umsóknir Yfir sumar- og páskatímabil eru umsóknir metnar út frá sérstöku punktakerfi sem er byggt á því hversu lengi félagsmaður hefur greitt til félagsins. Athugið að punktar segja aðeins til um forgang í úthlutun en koma ekki í stað greiðslu . Til að sækja um sumarhús þarf að skrá sig inn á bókunar- vef orlofssjóðs. Á vefsíðu Eflingar www.efling.is þarf að skrá sig inn á bókunarvefinn, velja orlofshús og smella svo á umsókn . Þeir sem geta sótt um í úthlutun á umsóknartímabilinu 6.–26. mars eru félagsmenn með 200 punkta eða fleiri. Úthlutað er 30. mars og greiðslufrestur er til og með 6. apríl. Svör við umsóknum berast í tölvupósti eftir að úthlutun hefur farið fram. Munið að skrá netfang á bókunarvef og passa upp á að netfangið sem gefið er upp sé rétt. Hægt er að skrá eða uppfæra netfang undir liðnum stillingar á bókunarvefnum. Eftir að umsóknartímabili lýkur geta félagsmenn bókað þau hús sem enn eru laus. Athugið að þá er bókað beint undir laus orlofshús en ekki smellt á umsókn . Bókunarvefurinn er opnaður í skrefum: - Fyrir félagsmenn með 100 eða fleiri punkta þann 14. apríl . Ganga þarf frá greiðslu strax . - Næst fyrir félagsmenn með 1 punkt eða meira 17. apríl . Ganga þarf frá greiðslu strax . - Að lokum fyrir alla félagsmenn óháð punktastöðu 21. apríl . • Yfir sumartímann er aðeins vikuleiga í boði, frá föstudegi til föstudags. Kynnið ykkur komu- og brottfarartíma á leigusamningi. • Athugið að punktar dragast frá við leigu fyrir sumartím- ann og yfir páska en ekki yfir vetrartímann. Note that the point balance only serves to prioritize applicants during the allocation process. They do not serve as payment. To apply for a vacation-house one must log into the booking web of the vacation fund. One goes to the website of Efling www.efling.is , registers on the booking web, selects a vacation house (laus orlofshús) and clicks on application (umsókn). Those who are eligible for allocation can apply during the application period of March 6 th to March 26 th are union members with 200 points or more. Responses to applications will be sent via email after the allocation has taken place. Remember to register an email address on the booking web and make sure that the address is correct. An email address may be registered or updated on the booking web. After the application period has ended, the union members can book the houses which are still available. Note that in such cases, the house is booked directly by clicking on available vacation houses (laus orlofshús), not by clicking on application (umsókn). The booking web is opened in stages: - For members with 100 points or more it opens on April 14 th . Payment needs to take place immediately. - Next, it opens for members with 1 point or more on April 17 th . Payment needs to take place immediately. - Finally, for all members, irrespective of point status, it opens on April 21 th . • Over the summer, the only option is to rent for one week – from one Friday to the next. Read up on arrival- and depart- ure-times on the rental agreement. • Note that points are deducted when renting for the summer and Easter but not during the winter.
